Announces the Appointment of 3 New Executives

Irvine, CA Kevin Rabbitt, President and CEO of 3 Day Blinds , the leading national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades and shutters, has announced several additions to their executive management team.
Irvine, CA Kevin Rabbitt, President and CEO of 3 Day Blinds , the leading national retailer and manufacturer of custom blinds, shades and shutters, has announced several additions to their executive management team. “We are poised for rapid growth, and we have brought in top talent in the areas of Finance, Client Care and Sales. The leadership team to bring our organization to the next level is firmly in place,” says Mr. Rabbitt.
The new team members include:
- Jeff Johnson, SVP, Finance
Mr. Johnson will directly oversee all accounting and finance functions where he will develop solution oriented strategies, policies, and controls that help drive revenue growth and deliver cash flow improvements. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer at Toshiba America Information Systems. He brings with him a strong background in finance, information technology, and manufacturing.
- Jeff Miller, VP, Client Experience
Mr. Miller will directly oversee the Client Contact Center where he will drive efforts to provide 3 Day Blinds’ clients with consistent, superior end-to-end service, delivering on 3 Day Blinds’ Value of a “Superior Client Experience”. Most recently, he was Senior Director of the National Service Center at GES Exposition Services in Las Vegas. Under Jeff’s leadership, the GES Call Center achieved JD Power and Associates Contact Center Certification.
- Scott Pickard, SVP, Sales
Mr. Pickard will directly oversee Sales Management, 200 Design Consultants and the 21 Showroom locations. Scott most recently led the Tuff Shed, Inc. sales division as their Vice President, National Sales and Marketing. During his employment with Tuff Shed, Scott significantly increased revenue through broad sales strategies as well as his hands-on approach to sales leadership.
Other Company News
Current initiatives include new product introductions, the recent launch of a new Customer Relationship Management software platform, a new company website that will launch in August, and advanced training programs for Design Consultants and Showroom personnel.
New 3 Day Blinds Showrooms were recently opened in Bellevue, WA and Cherry Creek, CO. New stores were also opened inside The Great Indoors locations in Gaithersburg, MD and Novi MI.
