SEO Strategist Irvine, CA

The SEO Strategist will improve the effectiveness of 3 Day Blinds’ organic search efforts focusing on B2C lead-generation and opportunity-generation efforts through measurable business goals.

The SEO Specialist is a direct report to the Director, Digital Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use various SEO tools to manage, optimize and execute SEO campaigns
  • Create, implement and optimize market-facing
  • SEO optimization tactics for conversion-focused outcomes
  • Focus on keyword research and trending, landing page a/b testing, content optimization and landing page optimizations
  • Strategize, implement, monitor and communicate routine organic keyword and content trends to the respective key product stakeholders
  • Constantly communicate and educate online marketing best practices to internal teams
  • Consistently think outside-the-box to develop both SEO strategic optimization plans based on internal business goals and budgets
  • Drive subject-matter-expert decision-making for all Organic marketing initiatives proactively through initiating, responding and implementing various SEO actions based on inquiries and visible opportunities within performance and market trending
  • Cross-collaborate with all internal teams including Marketing, IT, and Finance
  • Produce HTML/CSS templates from design documentation into desktop, mobile websites and email campaigns Create and build microsites
Experience and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in proven Search environment with direct involvement in creating an SEO strategy
  • Strong understanding of the Search Engine Ranking Algorithm
  • Strong Knowledge on how to achieve top placement in Google, Bing, Yahoo, MSN, Ask etc
  • Social Media Marketing Experience (Facebook, G+, Twitter etc)
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and Webmaster tools to gather information, produce analysis and solutions
  • Experience in Link Building Techniques
  • Familiar with CSS, HTML, and WordPress
  • Analyze webpages in terms of conversion, bring ideas to improve it, and implement and test them
  • Strong written and excellent verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience working with data, content, and market research
  • Punctual, reliable, and positive attitude
  • Curiosity and determined rigor to find the right answer
  • Bachelor’s degree required
