She is very friendly and gives great recommendations for what blinds are good for your home. Lora brings all the samples and supplies to your home which is so nice and convenient. She measures the windows so you know your blinds will fit perfectly when they arrive in the mail. If you are in a certain budget she will find blinds to meet your needs and doesn't try to pressure you into buying certain items.
