  • Our initial consult with Leah gave us confidence throughout the process that we would be happy with the quality of the product and the installation. The 3 Day Blinds team is professional, efficient and supportive with the ability to help make design choices, as needed. We are very pleased with our blinds, and Michael did an excellent job installing in a short period of time, leaving nothing to clean up afterwards! Our new roller shades were exactly what we were wanting to finish our three bedrooms.

  • I live in Simi Valley California, and we had veritical blinds installed last Wednesday. I also requested repairs for blinds in our kids's bedroom. I was told by the contractor to order parts, and pay for the repairs prior to the installation of the new blinds, and request a technician that could also make the repairs onsite. I did my homework, and requested a technician that could repair the old blinds, after installing the new vertical blinds. When the tech came last week, he installed the new blinds and told me the old blinds needed to be taken in, so as to be repair on a table. He explained that the blinds would be brought back in 2 days. Today Monday after calling again, I was told that the blinds will be brought back on Wednesday....a week later. If I hadnt called, I would still be waiting...Really Bad service. And they are not cheap.

  • I have been very happy with the vertical blinds in my kitchen sliding door onto the deck. I have already had one of the vertical blinds fall off. I truly hope this won't occur again.

  • It's a learning curve. The center disks for raising and lowering the blinds moves/slides easily. The blinds swing awkwardly at times.

  • The sales rep. was on time and pleasant and offered helpful suggestions.re product and color. The price was better than another company I had tried. The person who called to arrange the installation appt. was very friendly and cheerful. Although I told her I wasn't certain I would be home by the beginning of the window she gave me she said she didn't want to have to make it a later day as they were booked up for quite a few days after that, so she said to keep in touch during the delivery day.
