  • I got my shades about 2 yrs ago. They are very nice, they pull up from the bottom and also come down from the top which I really like. It let's sun and light in. Thaw sales lady was very nice and did a good jog

  • Sales person was very cordial and made great suggestions. He was not pushy, and worked with us for what we were looking for. Installation person was very nice and knowledgeable. He installed very quickly and our blinds looked great and fit our windows perfectly.

  • I had an appointment with the sales person Sheila. During our conversation regarding my purchase I told her that I had used 3 day blinds at two other homes. Sheila told me because of that I would receive a $50.00 gift card. I have text Sheila and called the 800 # but I still have not received my gift card. It may seem like a small thing but when a sales person promises something it should be done.

  • Had 3 new blinds installed, went very smoothly. Had one blind repaired. It took weeks to get the appointment set up. The repairman politely informed us that the blind would have to be taken in to be repaired. Took between 1 and 2 weeks to set up the appointment to have the blind installed. When the blind was installed it wouldn't stay up. The repairman said it would take an additional part to do that. He said he would order it, and that it would be covered by what we had paid. He mentioned that he could put a tie into the wall as a temporary fix - so we had him do that. In the last three weeks we have gotten numerous e-mails and phone calls from Three Day Blinds. First, they lost the record of our payment. Then it turns out our blind is old, and parts are not available. They have offered a refund if we can prove we paid them. We have provided them the receipt. We will see what happens.
