  • BUYER BEWARE! Our sales rep was very cordial and professional - but turns out she had no clue how to navigate a custom order. She promised a product that couldn't even be made. When the product was installed, it looked like a 12 year old's craft project gone bad. To make matters worse, the company that does the installations - Rayline - is even worse than 3 Day Blinds. Scheduling took over a week as Rayline does not answer a phone...once my appointment was booked the installer cancelled the night before, when he did finally show up the next day he had double booked appointments and had to leave while in the middle of my install. When he came back to finish the job, well - it was terrible. Part of it was the installation, but part of it was the craftsmanship of 3 Day Blinds. The fabric was wrinkled on the cornice, there were huge seams in what was supposed to have been one piece - such a disappointment for what was to be a custom product. I sure paid a custom price...upfront no less. The installer also told us that he "had been tripping over our cornice sitting in his garage for the past month while waiting on our install to be scheduled". Our wonderful sales rep has gone radio silent and refuses to communicate. Someone from customer service for 3 Day Blinds has finally gotten involved and while he is great to communicate in a timely manner, there still is no resolution. I never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but in this case I can't remain silent. Even if my issues eventually get resolved, I will now refer to this company as 3 MONTH Blinds. Heck, that might be giving them too much credit. I was also generous with two stars, really should be one.
