  • Blinds seem very flimsy with large gaps.

  • Our initial install went well, but then within a few weeks a part broke and we have been waiting over 2 months for a replacement. First the wrong thing was sent, and now we are still waiting so I would say the customer service has been very slow. 3 Day Blinds wants your business so they a re quick on the front end, but not so great if you have a problem

  • I love my blinds! I love the efficiency of the whole process. Our rep was very helpful and full of good ideas. She had many samples for me to chose from which made it so much easier to decide what i wanted to get. The young men that came to hang the blinds did a great job. They knew what they were doing and got them hung in a timely manner. I will definitely use 3 Day Blinds again to finish out the rest of my windows.

  • I was extremely happy with the service and the designer I worked with; I had a problem with the sliding door drapery, which took nearly one year to complete [It just as our fault since we a part-time residents in CO], but the completed drapery bunched up when it's opened. I was assured it will drape nicely when I ordered, so I contact the designer and she came and agreed with me. shortly after her inspection, she told me a new draper is ordered and it should be coming; I felt very bad about having it done over. In any case, my numerous calls and emails and texts never received the answer; we were in CO for three months , so we had an ample time to install or repaired the original drapery. We returned home in Sept and wasn't sure what my choice is . . . So here is my review . Thank you, Kay Tompkins (808) 262-6777
