  • The consultant representing 3 Day blinds was knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. The installers were excellent. The auto blinds were delivered on schedule. I had many choices from which to choose. I am very happy with the product and the company.

  • The rep. who came to my house had a lot of good ideas, advice and thankfully, patience. when my blinds were picked out they were delivered quickly and installed quickly by a pleasant young man. All pro's no con's. would certainly recommend this company. Price was reasonable also.

  • One of my blinds came off the bracket and I haven't been able to pop it back on myself. I called the company and they said they have to charge a service fee. I forget what it was, but approx $80 (more than it costs for me to have a contractor do it). Considering the cost of the blinds and the fact that I have them throughout our entire home (6 windows and 4 french doors), it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that you would charge that much for something that will take your service person 5 minutes or less to fix. They are well within warranty too... As a result of this, even though I love my blinds, I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone. I'd understand if you were to charge a $25 service fee, but that is not what you're currently doing.

  • Customer service was great!! I had blinds installed for less than 30 days when I noticed the front panels on all of the cartridges were coming off. Local installer came to investigate. He sent pictures back to corporate and they agreed to remake and reinstall all of the blinds. Corporate was very good to work with and I would highly recommend 3-Day Blinds as they truly do stand behind their products.
