  • First, On 2-27-2020, I was told that a company would contact me for repair. Since the last time I had a repair I had to remove the blind and take it to the company, I removed this one. I called again and was told the repair would take place in my home. When the young man came to my home on 2-29-20, I thought he would repair it and hang the blind. He asked if I had received any string from the company. When I told him no, he told me that he had to take it back to the company for repair and I would get a notice when it would be completed and replace. I received a call on 3-18-20, saying the blind would be back and installed on 3-19, between 2PM and 4PM. At 4:20PM, I called the company asking if I made a mistake since no one had arrived. I was returned a call stating that the installer was running late and would be at my home in ten minutes. When he did arrive, the blind was in the exact condition as it was on 2-29-20. The installer had to string it at my home. So, I was told three different stories. The worse of the three was that the gentleman who came to my home on 2--29 was that he had to take the blind back to the company and I would get a call within two weeks for an installer to bring the re-strung blind black and install it. Instead, I had a person, who was late, bring the unfinished blind to my home where it had to be restrung. One star because I finally have my blind but the service sucked. The gentleman who came to my home today was so nervous because he had no idea what had transpired before and could not understand why my husband was upset. I felt sorry for him because he was very professional and did fix the blind and made sure it was hung correctly. He was caught in the middle. 3 Day will not be my choice the next time I need window covering.
  • 3 Day Blinds were wonderful to work with. The design gal was very helpful and the installer was on time and courteous. I will for sure be using them again in the future.

  • To review my blinds one that is out of line..stuck , where it won’t straightened out when closed. I wasn’t going to say anything but you ask. I can live with it, but would have love for it to be installed perfectly. Thank ps for asking...Vernize Patton 909 289 4707
  • Excellent service. The blinds have only been up 4 days, so I can’t rate them for longevity. Installer was knowledgeable and gave me good product knowledge.
