  • I'm giving a "5" on the installation part. The two gentlemen were fantastic, They work so well together and have it all done neatly and quickly. However, my total experience was not that great, Somehow one of the most important (largest) shades was left off the final order; I only discovered that when I was told my 16 shade order was ready to install - I had ordered and held the invoice for 17 shades. The missing one will be installed later.
  • My sales consultant, Jessica Semmler is great; Installation is great. Website shoudl be updated. It is difficult to find order status. We were missing some hardware during the time of installation which I am now going to have to wait for to complete the installation.
  • 5 except for bunching of one set of blinds.
  • we love our shutters!!! our sales rep was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we received the best treatment.
  • Louie the installer was exceptional. I was extremely dissatisfied with quality of my original blind purchase. The valences were cheaply constructed with plastic edges (this was not apparent on brochure pictures). Since I could not only valences replaced it cost my an additional $2,000 to purchase cornices. I essentially had to pay twice for my blinds. Very inflexible in addressing my complaint regarding cheap valence product
