  • Prices are very high but service was excellent.
  • Excellent experience with both Carlos & Melissa. Very knowledgeable & professional. Very impressed how they both know what needs to get done & it gets done! Thank you to both of them.....greatly appreciated!
  • My draperies were installed with the pleats uneven. They were supposedly evened but since they are hung a little low, they sweep the floor and bend at the bottom.
  • One of our blinds has broken twice now and they offered to replace it (which we really appreciate). However it took several phone calls to get ahold of my case manager who was assigned to our case. I finally got an email from her that said the installation company would be contacting me to schedule a time to come out. When they did come out, they had ordered the wrong size so now we have a window with no window covering and I was told I would hear from the company in about a week when the new one came in and I still have heard NOTHING almost 2 weeks later. Additionally, we have changed the phone number on our account repeatedly and asked customer service over and over to please use a different phone number to call. Every time they say they note it on the account and have changed it and yet they still keep calling the wrong number. The process has been frustrating (and frankly par for the course for our previous interactions with 3 Day Blinds) and is still not resolved
  • Reasonably priced product, wide selection. All staff from sales rep to installers were responsive, congenial and knowledgeable.
