  • Do NOT use 3day blinds! I ordered blinds in May of 2019. Windows were not measured properly and blinds were not able to be installed. Although 3 day kept saying they were going to resolve the issue (so that they could keep my $7500), they did not. Several install appointments were made, but the install company never had the appropriate merchandise to complete an install so they would cancel. After months, our credit card company gave us a full refund. Now, almost a year later in the midst of Covid19 crisis, 3day blinds sends us a letter stating that we must pay for the blinds that we never received or be sent to collections. Save yourself a big headache, and do not order blinds from this company!
