I’m a design consultant at 3 Day Blinds who truly loves what I do. With two years of experience at the company and a background in wedding planning, interior design, and stage design, I’m passionate about creating spaces people feel excited to come home to. I bring a strong customer service foundation to every project and always strive to ensure my clients feel heard, supported, and confident in their design choices. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors; hiking, rock climbing, camping, and most importantly making memories with my family.

Gary Gilbert is a seasoned Design Consultant with over 30 years of experience in the window treatment industry and has been with 3 Day Blinds since 2009. He has earned President’s Club honors for 17 consecutive years and Circle of Excellence for 16, reflecting consistent top-tier performance and a strong reputation for delivering personalized, functional design solutions. Originally from San Diego and now a longtime Arizona resident, Gary brings a thoughtful, comfort-focused approach to every home he works in.

Mary-Kate Flannery is an interior design professional with over 15 years of experience and a graduate of the Design Institute of San Diego. Before joining 3 Day Blinds in 2020 as an In-Home Design Consultant, she worked alongside several prominent Southern California designers and architects, including YouTube’s top interior designer. In 2025, she transitioned into her corporate role as Appointment Sales Supervisor, where she helps lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Outside of work, Mary-Kate enjoys community theater, cheering on her favorite hockey teams, and spending time with her animals and large family.

Nigel Harris is a content writer with over 10 years of experience and a 3 Day Blinds Marketing Manager. His work on the marketing team has helped him develop a knowledge window treatments that helps customers better understand products. When he’s not writing, Nigel enjoys music, gardening, and traveling.
