Design Consultant & Appointment Sales Supervisor, 3 Day Blinds
Mary-Kate Flannery is an interior design professional with over 15 years of experience creating beautiful, thoughtful, and functional spaces. Educated at the Design Institute of San Diego, she built a strong foundation in design and went on to work with YouTube’s number one interior designer, as well as several of Southern California’s most prominent designers and architects. These experiences helped shape her eye for detail, her understanding of client needs, and her ability to bring a design vision to life.
In 2020, after COVID shifted the design industry, Mary-Kate joined 3 Day Blinds as an in-home Design Consultant. In this role, she enjoyed working directly with customers to help them select window treatments that complemented their homes, lifestyles, and personal style. Her background in interior design allowed her to guide clients with confidence, offering recommendations that balanced aesthetics, comfort, and everyday functionality.
In 2025, Mary-Kate transitioned into a corporate role as Appointment Sales Supervisor, excited by the opportunity to make an impact on a broader scale. She now supports her team in delivering outstanding customer service as the first point of contact for 3 Day Blinds customers, helping ensure each client’s experience starts with care and professionalism.
Outside of work, Mary-Kate is a community theatre actor, an avid hockey fan, and enjoys spending time with her animals and large family.
