3 Day Blinds provides window covering repair services for 3 Day Blinds products. Prior to contacting 3 Day Blinds to set up a repair please gather the following information

  • Original Invoice number with proof of purchase
  • Contact information including first and last name, address (where the window coverings are installed), best number to reach you during the day
  • Specific details about your repair request (Example: Damaged materials, broken cord, won't go up and down)
  • Room where window coverings are located
  • Approximate dimensions of the product needing repair
  • A picture (digital picture inserted to the email) of the specific warranty issue so that we may better diagnose your request
