  • Our first experience with 3 day blinds we were just installing roller shades in our bedroom. The so called "designer" if you can even call it that, arrived at our house and was very unkept with dirty hands and finger nails touching our freshly painted white walls. Needless to say we were not impressed. But we did like the shades they offered at the right price and went ahead and ordered them. They arrived in 2 weeks and the installation was excellent. Here we are a year later and we need shades for our living room. We decided to give them a second chance and what will be their last chance. We made the appointment weeks in advance as we had a very busy schedule. We requested they send a different designer and someone who specialized in hunter Douglas blinds. The designer texted 2 hours before the appointment to say she could come early. I was in a meeting and specifically scheduled the 1pm appointment knowing that was the time that worked for me. I texted her back to let her know it wouldn't work. She in turn cancelled saying she couldn't arrive to the house because the street was blocked (untrue) and then sent me a text saying she was doing me a favor coming early and that she had driven a long way to help me. I guess she didn't realize I would be paying for the blinds and it's not a favor.
  • Representative Keelie made suggestions on what would look nice with my furniture and wall. She sure was right! Installer Don knew exactly what he was doing and worked with professionalism and answered all of my questions.
  • Our sales person was so good at helping us picking out the right window treatments for us. They were measured right the first time and fit perfectly. The installer was quick and professional and left no mess for us to clean up.
  • The only question i have (we were not able to be home when the installation was complete) is that we can’t seem to figure out how to get the shades to lock in place if we want to raise them. We tried pulling the cord to either side to lock it into place but can’t seem to get it to stay. Is this user error or is the lock function not working? If we cannot figure it out, I will call and follow up but it would be helpful if there’s something that we are missing!
  • The installer did a fantastic job! Was Knowledgeable with the product!
