  • We are thrilled with our new motorized solar blinds (3% is perfect!) for our sliding glass doors and also love the textured linen kitchen window treatment. Everything went perfectly from beginning to end. Excellent service (highly recommend Tamara!), product and installation. Love them!! Thank you and we highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.
  • I was impressed with the installer. He was on time, he was very quick and efficient. The blinds looked great.
  • BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!! Absolutely the worst retail and home improvement experience possible! I worked with them on a custom project.. The reps are pushy to close the sale and dishonest - they sold me a product that was absolutely incorrect for my needs - in addition it was measured incorrectly and installed poorly. I have been chasing this company for weeks to get in touch with a customer service representative, they are unresponsive unhelpful and told me I was wrong when I even showed them photos of how poorly measured the blinds were measured! They are horrible!! Once they have your money they do not care. No customer service whatsoever!!! I recommend to ANYONE use an accredited company to protect yourselves and your projects.
  • Our 3 Day Blind design consultant was excellent;really helped us choose the proper product for our needs. The price, however, was much higher than I would have paid for the same type of product at Lowe's or Home Depot. It also took longer than 3 days to receive the shades, unless I wanted to pay a premium. When I questioned why the price was so much higher that Lowe's or HD, I was told that if I ever had an issue with the blinds, I was guaranteed a 100% no hassle service for the lifetime of the shades. The installation went just fine. A few weeks later one of the shades started rolling up at an angle, repeatedly damaging the corner of the shade with each use. I called to set up an appointment for a repair, wasn't able to reach anyone directly, so left a message on our installer's line. I received a message a few days later on my phone, called him back and left another message, and have never heard back from him. I have not been able to find a local phone number for 3 Day Blinds anywhere on line. Needless to say, my husband & I are very unhappy! Don't waste your money on this company. Hopefully someone will contact me after reading this review.
  • Buyers, Be Aware! Before I signed the contract, the salesperson responded to my emails and text messages promptly. But, after contract was signed and deposit (~$6000) was made, struggling to get a response from the salesperson on install which was promised for November. All emails and text messages have been completely ignored.
