  • I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 3-Day Blinds!!! The product is more beautiful than I anticipated. I will certainly be using them in the future.
  • I understand that these are custom blinds, but they are expensive even for that. Having lived with the bedroom window shades for three months now, I think we could have bought top-of-the-line shades from Home Depot, installed them ourselves and saved A LOT of money. We also purchased roller shades for a sliding door and cornices for over the door and another window, which were installed after the bedroom blinds due to a room remodel. Scheduling the installation of these shades was a customer service nightmare. We were tracking the delivery of these items and were surprised to see that the shades were delivered to one address and the cornices to another (neither of which was OUR home). Then we were contacted by a company called Core Interiors to schedule the install. Never at any point during the sales and ordering were we told the installation would be done by an outside contractor. Core Interiors told us they were coming to install to items. The conversation went like this: Me: We are waiting for two shades and two cornices. Is that what you are installing? Them: I don't know. There are two boxes. Me: Well, what is in those boxes? Them: I don't know. We can't open the boxes until we are on site. Me: Well, is there maybe a label on the boxes that tells you what is in them? Them: No. Me: Can you tell what exactly you are installing? Is it shades AND cornices? Them: I guess so. Not trusting this conversation, I called Three-Day Blinds headquarters and asked if this could be straightened out. They had Core Interiors call me back and assure me both blinds AND cornices were being installed. Installer arrives, installs shades but when we ask about the cornices, he has no idea what we are talking about. HE doesn't have any idea where they are. I called my salesperson to complain and ask for help getting this ironed out. She says this is certainly is unacceptable and the district manager will get back to me later in the day. Never heard from a district manager. Core Interiors finally called us to schedule the install of the cornices (we ordered these items on July 24 and it is now late August). They said they could come out the same day as we had guests arriving from out of town, so we had to schedule it after (I had so wanted this done before the guests came). The installer (same person) from Core Interiors was supposed to come between 9am and 1PM. At 1:30, he called to say he was on the way, and did we have the cornices for him to install? NO, WE DIDN'T HAVE THEM! We didn't have them the LAST time he came, when neither he nor we knew where they were - why would we magically have them now? I called my salesperson again to share how unhappy I was, and she said she'd get to the bottom of this. Never heard back from her. ANOTHER installation was scheduled and the cornices were finally installed. They are pretty, I like them, but do I think they are worth what I paid for them? No. Would I use Three-Day Blinds again? No. Would I recommend it to my friends? No.
