  • One of the 5 blinds had the pull cord on the wrong side. I examined the original sales person order and found that it corresponded to the manufactured blind. However, I didn't want it on that side but apparently I had not carefully checked the salesperson original factory order so I have only myself to blame. Such is life! Perhaps someone might call me to advise me about what a new blind might cost.
  • From the beginning to the end, the politeness and professionalism was wonderful. The blinds are beautiful and I am beyond satisfied.

  • The two installers were very knowledgeable and polite. They stay until I was satisfied with how to change, fix and report any problems. I was very pleased with them.
  • We are very happy with all of our shades, except for the two on the doors. Due to miscommunication with salesperson, the 2 shades for doors were ordered "reverse" which sticks out too far. At my request, James installed one so that it hangs flush. This is not ideal and the two need to be replaced.
