  • Linda was very helpful on our order to replace damaged blinds. She was professional and fast and gave us all our options. We would recommend her and 3DayBlinds to anyone searching for this product.
  • We had our blinds replaced for our entire suite, 30+ windows. During the installation, the tech showed me that there was some wiggle in the blinds but reassured me that it was secure. A few months after the installation, one of the blinds fell down while trying to adjust. Fortunately, no one was injured. It was reported and replaced. A few more months later, a second blind fell while trying to adjust - this time, injuring one of our employees. During this incident, I examined other blinds and found that there was another set that was loose and on the verge of popping out, so I pooped it back in. Called to report multiple times but was on hold for over 10 minutes each time, unable to get through. Finally, I emailed our designer for assistance and she was able to report the incident. Come to find out that the brackets installed were recalled, but we were never notified and it seems as if there was no intention to notify us, despite the hazard with all of our 30+ windows. Finally, someone came out to check out the blind that fell one week later. I notified the tech to report the other loose blinds and to check the rest to ensure they were secure. The fallen blinds was repaired one month later. At that time, I inquired about when the other blinds would be assessed and was told that it was reported a month prior but there was never any follow up, so the tech submitted another report. We did not receive any follow up after a week, so I called and of course, was told our case manager was on another call and she would call us back - no follow up. A week passes by and we finally get a call, not to talk to the case manager but to finally schedule a tech to come repair all of the blinds. RC was not the tech that did the initial installation but came out to assess and repair the blinds each time and he was GREAT. Thank you RC! Overall - definitely would not recommend this company. You could imagine we spent quite a lot on blinds that we couldn't use for a couple months and there was no sense of urgency or concern for the safety and hazard to our employees.
  • The blinds are nice, and ordering and set up were very smooth. However, 1 of the 5 rooms we ordered had the wrong type of shade ordered and installed. We have been trying to get this fixed for over 2 months now, and have had 2 customer service representatives assigned to us, who we try to contact nearly weekly, they get back to us about every 3 weeks, and with only a tiny step forward.
  • Excellent! From the meeting with Karen Russo to the completion of installation, everything went beautifully.
  • Blinds were here when promised. Received a call from installer to set up appointment. Installer arrived on time, shutters installed quickly and neatly. Excellent service all around!
