  • DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! Read on to hear why; My wife and I purchased and paid for in advance ($11,000 plus), wood shutters for most of the windows in our new home. After the sales person left, my wife and I talked and decided that we wanted shutters in just a portion of the house, the remainder in blinds. I called 3 day blind to tell them about our change. The man I spoke to seemed to be anoyed but he made the change and followed up with an email confirming the change. The sales person called and made and an apointment to meet at our house for the change. At this meeting we ordered the new blinds to replace the cancelled shutters. They were installed promptly as promised. We were pleased and sat back to wait for our shutters to be manufactured, delivered and installed. After weeks had passed Three Day Blind called and made an appointment to install our new shutters. I was not at home when they came to install the shutters for the remaining windows. This is when it all when wrong. Shutters were installed where we wanted them then they removed the blinds that they had just installed and and put the shutters I had cancelled in there place. As soon as they were installed they debited my card for shutters wanted, shutters canceled, blinds installed to replace the cancelled shutters. WOW! They had just stolen thousands of dollars from me. The original purchase was around $11,050. In the end with the blinds I paid an estimated $13,500, which included new blinds taken down and piled in a heap in my garage. I texted them, called many times and never heard from anyone in response. WOW! what a deal. DO NOT USE THE PEOPLE!!!
