  • Person measuring missed a room so will need a second visit (this of course is equally my fault as I should have double checked order).
  • We are very happy with our new shutters. We had never ordered shutters before, but we plan to order them again. We are more than satisfied with the shutters and the professional installers, who did a wonderful job.
  • My sales rep Eric was very good and explained all I needed to know about my shades. He took his time and always called me back , when I called him, about any questions I that I needed an answer. The installer Mark, was also courteous and came to re-measure my windows, for exact accurate fittings. He called me as soon as he had my and was installed the next day. The installation went smoothly. My PROBLEM was with the Home office/Factory for not calling or e-mailing, to let me know why my order was ONE MONTH
  • Sales person was not pushy and was patient in my decision making process which I appreciated. No one wants to be held prisoner in their own home. Thank you Anne
  • I wish I could give more than 2 stars. Sadly, overall I am disappointed with everything except for the contracted installer Kevin who was great. The product is way overpriced for the so-called quality. They look great from a distance, but up close they look cheap. At first installation, one part was missing, and post installation, I realized how crooked one of the sets was. Had to wait for parts and re-install. Just within 1 year (how convenient - at warranty expiration time) 2 cords were messed up. The repair person didn't fix one of them because the wrong part was ordered, and I am still having issues getting it to hold in place. After he left I noticed part of a plastic holder piece for the valance was underneath my bed - so it apparently broke off when he incorrectly removed the valance, it flew across the room, and he didn't even say anything! I happened to find it later and had to fix myself - the valance was not even put back on right! I would never order from 3 Day Blinds again! Waste of my money!!
