  • I love my blinds!! The lady that came out new what she was doing it was quick and to the point. The man came out and put the blinds up and show me how to work the blinds and it was done.. I wish every job was that easy!! Thank you Sandy Touchatt
  • I had an awful experience with 3 day blinds and I would never recommend them. I wanted to share my experience so that maybe someone else won’t have to experience what I did. We wanted motorized shades that would connect with our smart home. We told the sales rep exactly what we wanted, we spent 4 hours with her and paid over $7,000 for the shades. We were told that the motor will go bad in about 5-7 years and when it does you can just buy another motor for $150. At the time I was 7 and 1/2 months pregnant so we were trying to get the shades completed before the baby. Well it took over a month for them to be made and we finally got them installed a week before I delivered. One of the motors was faulty, so their customer service said they needed to order a new shade. That was when we realized that the motors are actually not able to be replaced and that you have to buy complete new shades. We were 100% lied to by the sales rep. So in 5-7 years we are expected to have to pay another 7,000 to replace the entire shade. Their customer service is absolutely awful, we have been working with Jay Reyes. They told us that they are coming out with new motors that can actually just be replaced without buying new shades. 3 day blinds is definitely behind in this arena. Not to mention, their blinds don’t actually work with our smart house (another lie). Long story short after a VERY long time of fighting them they have agreed to refund the shades and come back and remove them from my home. What we are left with are holes in the walls that we have to repair and a LOT of wasted time with this company. And with a newborn, there is not a lot of extra time to be dealing with this issue. This company may do other window treatments that are great... but if you are looking for motorized shades, there are a lot of better options.
  • Our new shutters are beautiful. The quality of construction and design is exceptional. Our installers did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make sure that the shutters were installed perfectly and with great care and attention to detail. They were careful to protect the existing windows and wall surfaces from dirt or damage during their work and properly cleaned up after they were done. Excellent!

  • Shades are beautiful. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and Stollar did a great job. However, I thought the company should’ve contacted me when I was not going to receive my product on time I had to call the sales rep to find Out with my shades would be in stock I felt someone should’ve contacted me.
