  • Expensive compared to Home Depot.
  • The consultant was wonderful and the installer was very efficient. Both were very knowledgeable; I had 2 honeycomb shades installed - one set on french doors and the other on 5 windows which constituted a bow window. Everything was fine until this morning. I had written down a memo to call 3 Day Blinds so I could have blinds made for 2 windows i didn't do when I first moved in; this morning, the honeycomb mechanism for the bow window would not work. It sounded like it would not "catch" in gear to pull the shade up. When I called the pressed "3" for repair, the message was for me to send an email. What? This is not customer friendly. A hu man being needs to respond to this option.
  • The shades and blinds we ordered are beautiful, but the shades do not go up with a tug. Instead, I have to pull on it many times, until it is at the end and then it still won't go up sometimes. Eventually, I get it up, but with not without force. I fear once my son returns from college, he will yank them off the wall trying to get his shade up.
  • Love the blinds. Having trouble with Green Sky sending me a bill. I have called them and I am still without my second bill. I paid 208 for my first bill. I was told by the sales person, if I paid 208 for a year, there would be no interest charged. It appears the loan company doesn’t want me to pay this off early. This is a mess.please help me.
