  • At first, my sales rep, Jackie was fantastic! We placed our first order & installation went great. A few months later I emailed her to request the next estimate, waited a few weeks but never heard back. I emailed her again thinking maybe she had been on vacation, waited another week for her reply. NEVER heard back, so contacted the general phone number to see if my rep was still with the company & was told “yes, her calendar is full of appointments” then explained my issue and the rep I was speaking with sent Jackie an email to please contact me and I was also cc’d in the email. Again, no response. Now wondering if I somehow offended her & she didn’t want to work with me, I texted her cell as a last ditch effort to say if I had offended her in some way to please let me know. Again, no response. When I contacted the general phone number to get her supervisor’s name & contact info, was told by rep, “it’s against company policy to give out their info.” Seriously?! Poor customer service. They take your money then leave you high and dry. Our time is valuable and a paying customer should not be treated like this.
  • I ordered new honeycomb shades to replace an older version. The new ones are completely different in texture, not as thin as my older ones.The room darkeners are true to description - they truly darken your room. I bought one shade for the kitchen- that has no pulley ropes, and that is really nice- no more stretching to get it up or down. My sales rep was really great and took a while to show me samples and options, for my order. He also followed up with phone calls- to make sure the order was going smoothly. The installer called immediately when he received my order and was installed, the next day. Great job. I did have a minor glitch in my order, but customer service took care of it - to my satisfaction. I will be ordering more new shades in the coming future.
  • Lisa came out and measured all my windows and really knew what she was talking about and made helpful suggestions when I wasn't sure of something. Steve and Tyler were great installers. I can't complain about a single thing! It was a painless way to get window treatments. Everything came within the promised time fame and it all went very smoothly. Louisa F.
