  • After I searched Three Day Blinds, I booked an appointment. That must not have shown up in whatever data catcher they have, because I got multiples phone calls, texts, and emails in the 24 hours after encouraging me to sign up for an appointment. So before they have your money - super fast on the contact! Sales person came. Blinds were ordered. Two windows. Two identical blinds. What arrived are two different blinds. One that is as ordered. One is not. Have been contacting Three Day Blinds for the past ten days to find out when they will correct this problem, and have had zero response. I know they have all my contact information because they used it quite regularly before they had my money. Now that I've paid in full, radio silence. Not that I'm not hearing from Three Day Blinds! I am getting regular emails asking me to review the installer they subcontracted (he was great), but no one at Three Day Blinds seems to care how Three Day Blinds is doing, or that Three Day Blinds didn't provide the product I ordered. I have contacted my sales person who answered why I couldn't apply the best deal they sent after I booked the appointment, but nothing on the fact that the blind is wrong. I contacted their Customer Service and have heard not one word. I guess the lesson is if they get it right the first time, fine, but if you have a problem, they aren't really too worried about that. They have your money. If you do decide to use Three Day Blinds, don't book right away. They will, in their aggressive pre-sale contact, send you increasingly valuable coupons. They honored one they sent me after booking the appointment, but not the others, because I booked too soon.
  • I do want to say that I enjoyed the end product. However, if I had known before what I know now, I would never use this company. There was supposed to be a sale but somehow I ended up paying $8500 for 4 large windows. They kept entering a wrong phone number for me (44 ending instead of 33 ending). I would call and change my number with customer service only for the same thing to happen. It took 3 weeks to get someone out to measure and this was AFTER I paid. Then somehow they had the wrong number yet again, even after contacting me several times on my correct number. Once my blinds were finally ready the technician came out and did not have the correct equipment and asked to leave all of the blinds etc. on my floor for a week until they could come back out. Lastly, a customer service rep did call and admit they messed up and they would give me a discount but they wanted to wait until all blinds were installed. This has now been weeks ago. I have called multiple times, only to be promised by the manager to get a call back and of course they do not call. If this were a few hundred dollar job, no big deal. When I pay over 8K I expect a different experience.

  • Michelle and Juan were very professional. There was no pressure by Michelle for us to buy blinds from you. Loved her approach. Your company is very lucky to have her as your representative. Juan was very efficient and professional when he arrived for the installation. We love the blinds and we are very happy that we went with 3 day Blinds. Your office help left us wondering. No return call after she said she would call us. This made us wonder about the company.
