  • I would give a '5' to our Sales person, Betsey Rickel, and our Installer. I couldn't give a '5' to the 'Complete Satisfaction Survey' because one of the blinds is the wrong color (although it was ordered correctly). Thankfully, the Installer recognized the problem before he left, reported it appropriately and let me know what action to expect over the next few days, Hopefully, in another week or two, the problem will be corrected and I can change my rating to a '5'.
  • The email I received telling me to contact the installer did not provide any contact information - -it was blank! I had to track down my sales person via text in order to find out how to contact someone. Then two-days after the installation was complete, I received an email telling me my install was scheduled -- FOR TWO DAYS BEFORE. The actual dates on the email made it impossible -- Email dated 10/18 . telling me my install would be on 10/16. You need to improve your corporate communications plan --
  • I love them. All and all, it has been a great experience.
  • So happy with my new window treatments. A very nice experience from start to finish.
  • We have a two part job. The installer came with some of the the shades for the other apartment the first time and had to return later with the correct order. It was a very understandable mixup and he handled it very well. We love the blinds, can’t wait for the other apartment installation to get scheduled!
