  • Was very satisfied with the in home service and design tips. Installation was on time and with no complications. I would recommend 3 day Blinds.

  • I bought 4 blinds and 2 cost significantly more than the other 2. They were buy one get one 50% Off. I should have done 2 separate orders because one of the blinds I ordered was around $700 dollars, the 2nd $500 and the other two were $200. Of course the 50%off was removed off of the two cheapest ones. Later I thought about it and I should have done 2 separate orders, which would have been an inconvenience for you guys, but would have saved me more money. The blinds are nice, but I definitely would not order more than 2 at a time unless they are all around the same cost.

  • Salesman was here for 7 and 1/2 hours. Took 3 weeks for someone to come out and measure my windows. Had 11 windows done, 3 shades have to be worked on. Have to wait 2+ weeks for window remeasure.

  • The final product (i.e. the chosen blinds) was fine, however the service leading up to it was inept. Examples: (1) Customer was told that another person was required to be scheduled to take a second measurement of the windows - that person was unprofessional and actually had to be told by the customer why he was there; he professed to not understanding why a second measurement had to be taken. Customer was almost left speechless since time had to be put aside for the appointment and schedules adjusted to be home. (2) Customer was contacted by UPS by phone that the blinds were in (after what seemed to be a long wait time). UPS complained that they had been unable to schedule a delivery. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOMETHING THAT THE CUSTOMER NEEDED TO DEAL WITH; the customer had already paid 50 percent and it was the responsibility of 3 Day Blinds to ensure appropriate delivery. (3) In the ensuing mayhem (and waste of the customer's time) of dealing with UPS, 3 Day Blinds, and the 'professional installation company', the CUSTOMER identified the fact that the address where the blinds were to be installed (i.e. the customer's home address) was not documented correctly. In fact, an incorrect town and zip code was in the email correspondence. (4) Those were the main items that were worth the time to list here, but there were other examples of 'unprofessionalism' that perhaps on their own would seem trivial, but given the circumstances just added up to an irritated customer who felt the irony of the name 3 Day Blinds, when the initial appointment was June 24 and the blinds were not installed until August 9.
