  • My designer consultation went well, to the best of my knowledge at the time. When the installer (contracted company) came to install blinds, one of the blind valences was too short, a blind wand was dirty/scuffed up, and a wood blind rope stopper was dirty/scuffed. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until few hours after installation. I immediately took pictures and sent them to the designer with detailed instructions on issues, for addressing and resolution. The contracted installer came for visit #2 to address repairs and the valence was still too short (cut same length as original, which means designer mismeasured) and they didn’t bring the additional clean hardware, claiming “didn’t know you needed those too”. Visit #3 with installer resulted in new valence that was too long, but able to be cut accurately on-site, and still no hardware replacements! After taking off work on 4 separate occasions for their service, I had it! I had the installer mail me the new hardware and he explained how to replace the wand and wood ball stopper. Although all parties were nice, I find it horrible customer service if the two parties (3 Day Blinds and contracted installer) cannot communicate and figure out a resolution after pictures and a detailed description were provided by me immediately after installation! Very disappointed in the experience.
  • I had a great experience from start to finish. Great selection, guidance and installation. I will definitely use them again when I renovate my upstairs.
  • No problems with customer service, but issues with the product. Shortly after installation, the blinds wouldn't retract properly without "help". 3Day replaced them once, but the same thing happened with the replacements. I notified them of the issue again, but said there was no point in sending me replacements if there is a design issue causing the problem. They never responded to that call. I kept the blinds, they look great, but I have to "help" them retract properly every time I need to raise them. Not that big of a deal, but shouldn't happen at all, especially for how expensive they are.
  • The guy that came to install my blinds was awesome, I can’t say that about the gal I did the deal with.....she never came back to pick up my signed paperwork and I called her MANY times about a small blind in my bedroom that seemed to “melt” into another shape. She has never to this day ever called me back......I find this Terrible customer service and I will never use 3 day blinds again as well as tell all my friends and coworkers about her not calling me back. I left this on a back burner as I am also busy.....
  • Not happy with the valance; salesmen was not correct about it. Took much longer than expected.
