  • The best way to describe is sales lady was very nice and thorough. For four blinds price was out of sight. Our daughter paid for them as they were broken. Mentioned she would be needing complete house of blinds and no offer for discount or sale price. Can’t promise she will have 3 Day Blinds’s. Prices too high for repeat to more blinds in our house which is needed.
  • FIVE stars. Quick appointment, Wide selection, Fast turnaround, Quick install, and Teamwork: Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and on time. There is quality control all around and the customer's satisfaction matters.The price is not a bargain but it is a fair custom price for custom work and custom treatment. I had a difficult time frame to meet and everyone worked as a team to get my job done on time and correctly. I would do business with them again.
  • After some initial hiccups of getting in touch with someone, we had a great experience. We had called the number of an employee that came highly recommended but was no longer with the company. Her line along with email were still active so we kept leaving messages for her and didnt find out until later that she'd left. We did get in and worked with Sama on getting shades for our home. The experience was great! The consultation was smooth, she answered a lot of questions before I even asked them. She didnt try to push products at us and worked with our style. Definitely highly recommend Sama. This would have been a 5 star review if not for the initial difficulty.

  • The consultant was wonderful and the installer was very efficient. Both were very knowledgeable; I had 2 honeycomb shades installed - one set on french doors and the other on 5 windows which constituted a bow window. Everything was fine until this morning. I had written down a memo to call 3 Day Blinds so I could have blinds made for 2 windows i didn't do when I first moved in; this morning, the honeycomb mechanism for the bow window would not work. It sounded like it would not "catch" in gear to pull the shade up. When I called the pressed "3" for repair, the message was for me to send an email. What? This is not customer friendly. A hu man being needs to respond to this option.
