  • Salesperson was super knowledgeable and a stylish person so I trusted her recommendation. Installer did the job on his own without any help needed. A great experience. Thank you!!
  • The ordering process was brutal and required getting a customer service rep involved to identify delays and process refunds. Once product arrived, the process was smooth and the installation crew was awesome
  • First installation time was arbitrarily assigned me for the agreed-upon day: 9/12 at 9 to 11:30 a.m. I hated that time ,but nobody asked me, because I sleep late (why do you thin I was buying new darker blinds?) Then I got a second e-mail with absolutely no discussion with me changing the time to 11:30 to 3:30. That didn't fly. At 4, after waiting all day, I got a phone call from the installer. The installer & I worked it out the rest of the way. Your installer has to have some input and so does your custom
  • Installer reported problems with the 3 blinds immediately and advised he would be back in a few days to install the correct blinds.
  • Enjoyed working with Heather Weeks who was was very professional, very thorough, and who answered all of my questions, addressing any concerns I had.
