  • Everyone was professional, friendly, & in knowledgeable.
  • The installer was very good as you can tell from my answers to your questions. Only one thing is bothering me. I've misplaced or lost my receipt for my shades. Contacted Karen Hester, my design consultant, both via email and phone, for a duplicate copy. It has been almost a week ago now; I have not heard from her. Is there a way someone could email or send me a copy of my order? Thank you, Pamela

  • Am very happy with the installation and the blinds. The blinds look beautiful. I wanted darkening blinds because I wanted my bedroom to be completely dark at night and was concerned that some light was showing through around the edges but after the sun completely set (about 6:30 p.m) I was happy to see the blinds blocked out all the light even around the edges and the blinds made the room was completely black even with the full moon we had last night..
  • I purchased the top down bottom up years ago and I love them. This time around I got the cordless. Gives light and privacy at the same time
