  • The many choices of product made the process of choosing very difficult. It would have been helpful if the sales rep had provided some guidance in selection based on what I told him I wanted plus my budget. I was pleased with what I eventually selected, but it was a frustrating process. Twice during the visit the sales rep seemed to get a bit testy and was about to pack up and leave. At one point he said he felt he had wasted his time, he got paid on commission only, and that he had a family to feed. I felt
