  • Scheduling was a breeze, Kimmy came out and with her expertise we had the perfect shade in the perfect color selected in minutes. She explained that I'd be hearing from a scheduler to confirm shade was in, ( at the time of her visit what we choose was out of stock) All was fine until One call came in scheduling one date and then a 2nd call was received to schedule, Very confusing and then a call came in asking how the installation went, it hadn't been done yet. Having said all that, We Love our shade and Kimmy was great.
  • Open/close mechanism not working on one of the blinds. An appt can be made at any time for consult to purchase, but customer service is open M-F, business hours for issues, Online chat did not work.
  • The initial experience was great. Since then we have been trying to get a few blinds fixed. Communication has been awful. Someone came out and then 3 day blind lost the paperwork so there was no follow up. It is so hard to get in touch with the folks who are actually sending someone out and the wait times to go through 3 days blind is quite long.
  • That was the easiest thing we have ever done. No problem ordering, great installation. Came on time was done with in a half hour. Everything is OK. You really can't say that about very many companies.
  • From our meeting with the consultant to the installers, 3 Day Blinds was awesome
