  • Our saleslady and installer were terrific. Have already sent in a review with their names, etc.
  • Was excited to get new blinds in our home and was happy to see them installed. However, after inspecting the install, I soon realized some parts were missing. So, I called to schedule someone to complete the job. Took off work and the service rep didn't show-no call to cancel the appointment. Then rescheduled (thought 3rd time would be the charm-making sure that I gave details on what was missing to the scheduler) and leaving a list for the service rep of which blinds need to be fixed. Returning home, I realized that once again not only where the blinds not fixed (adding the missing parts) the one that needed fixing was not fixed either-unless you like to pull up the blinds and have them uneven. Since I was not having any luck with the installers, I reached out to my initial salesperson and asked if he could order the parts and just mail them to me. So now I have the parts and have to install them myself – not what I paid for. Needless to say, I'm disappointed (not on the blinds but on the service installation) so unfortunately can't recommend 3 day blinds.

  • Very nice custom curtains and blackout shade. Installation and measurements were perfect. Wonderful sales ladies. The price was competitive compared to upscale stores. I am pleased and very happy with the results.
