  • The representative that sold is the blinds and the installer were both amazing. They were both very polite and professional. I will use your company again in the future
  • Could not be more pleased with the quality of my new shutters. Installers did an excellent job.
  • The Installer , Adam, did an excellent job in the installation and found that the blinds were measured incorrectly, thus leaving the blinds too short . He reported it and they were reordered . He was polite, courteous and professional.
  • THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! They are quick to take money from your account but they don't follow up on broken or incorrectly measured product!! No one from the company ever calls back, "managers" included. I guess I will have to show up at the corporate office again!!!
  • Got a call three days ago stating our blind was in and setting up install for today... Got a call today canceling the install as the blind was never sent. We are back to square one after 6 months. 3 Day has had our full payment for these 6 months.... I say its time to return my money....(And If we liked the blind, we were going to order a second one for the lanai)
