  • HORRIBLE COMPANY Installer had to come out 3x. 2blinds in a bow window were too short. Installer called co. In front of me corrected order. A week later I had to call co. To see when order would be done. Given "case worker" Amos apologized had no idea when order would be done. I placed order on 7/2 on 8/26 part of order installed On 9/19. installer came with only 1 blind. AGAIN he called Co. Caseworker Amos did not contact me. I had to text him. He apologized said he didn't read invoice. Isn't that his job? On 10/2 final blind was installed. Caseworker NEVER contacted me to see if I'm satisfied I'm not, bottom slat doesn't close well. I called customer service was told we are very busy now. Amoes will call, I asked where is pride in work no recognition of my inconvenience NO customer concern just apologies sounding fake. 10/27 still no word from 'caseworker" no idea his purpose in co. Installer & saleswoman were fine blind company STINKS I tell everyone how awful they are. Just awful experience.
